Providing reserve materials for your students.
Our staff can process articles, chapters, videos and presentations to offer 24/7 access to your course materials in Sakai. Or maybe you want them to read a book from our collection? We can make it available to your class. And, if it's not in our collection, we will happily work with you to find a solution.
Duplicate reserves from a previous course:
Use this form to re‐use the reserves reading list from a previous course.
Request new items to put items on reserve:
Fill out the appropriate form for each item you wish placed on reserve (up to 9 per session). Select appropriate form again if you have more than 9 requests. If the Library does not own an item which you wish to have placed on reserve, please bring your personal copy to the Library's Circulation Desk and complete the form for processing.
While staff will process requests as rapidly as circumstances permit, the greater the lead time with which items are submitted the better. Particularly at the start of the semester and other peak demand times, it may take five business days or more to fully develop a course reserve page.
Please see the Book and Document Delivery Policies for more information.
