Go to the menu on the left and click on Taxes. Forms for previous years are available back to Tax Year 1996.

Find forms for other states

Availability of forms for previous years will vary by state.

File electronically

Comptroller of Maryland (2009). iFile Maryland.
Free electronic filing for all Maryland residents and Non-Residents who meet the eligibility requirements. NOTE: Federal form must be completed first.
Maryland Residents can file previous years' returns online back to Tax Year 2000, Non-Residents back to Tax Year 2003.

Use this online system to file online returns for periods after December 31, 2002 only. A valid Federal employer identification number (FEIN) or Social Security Number (SSN) and Maryland Central Registration Number (Maryland Tax Account Number) are required.

Get tax help

Enoch Pratt Free Library (2009). Income Tax Assistance.
Volunteers from AARP (American Association of Retired Persons) will provide electronic tax filing assistance at several Pratt branches (you must call the branch to make an appointment).
