The Langsdale Library offers reference service via phone, e-mail and in person. We've even addded a few new twist this semester.

Starting September 19, you will also be able to have a live, online chat with a reference librarian using only your web browser. Just go to http://langsdale.ubalt.edu/info_services/contact.htm and click on the button labeled "Live Help." This will open up a separate browser window that will let you chat with a librarian.

Do you use AOL's Instant Messenger? If so, you can IM a reference librarian as well. Just add UBLangsdale to your buddy list so you can easily send us an IM whenever you have a reference request.

The chat and IM services will be officially monitored Mon - Fri from noon - 5:00. However, we plan to be online at other times (as our schedule allows), so please feel free to check and see if someone is online. If not, you can still send an e-mail, call or visit us in person.
