Revised: Langsdale Renovation Week
Update 3/9/2007:
As you may know, the ceremony to highlight the Langsdale Library renovation scheduled for February 14, was cancelled due to the great Valentine's Day icestorm of 2007. The Langsdale Link has learned and will now reveal in this online exclusive, that Langsdale now plans to hold the ceremony on Wednesday, April 4, from 2-4 pm. Remember, you heard it here first!
In celebration of the first major renovation of Langsdale Library in its 41-year history, the library will be hosting Renovation Week activities daily from February 12th-18th.
These will include a daily drawing for gift certificates and an open house on February 14th from 2:00- 4:00 pm to showcase our renovations. University of Baltimore President Robert Bogomolny, Provost Wim Wiewel and Langsdale Library Director Steve LaBash will offer brief remarks, and refreshments will be served.
