Historical Note:
CCBH was a neighborhood nonprofit organization in Baltimore City that was formally incorporated in March of 1978. The group's focus was on fairness in housing; their goals included the prevention of the displacement of low-income renters in Butchers Hill, the development of community owned and controlled housing options for poor residents, and the promotion of home ownership among low-income families.
Custodial History:
The collection was donated to the University of Baltimore by Carolyn Boitnott in 2005.
