During Spring 2013 students in select professor-approved classes can reserve a presentation practice room online for up to four hours per day. Reservations should be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Practice rooms are available 30 minutes after opening until 45 minutes before closing, see library hours for more details. Staff will email a confirmation of your reservation and block the time on the calendar.
Note: Your reservation request is not complete until you have received the email confirmation.
The presentation practice rooms located in Langsdale Library 205 & 206 provide University of Baltimore students with technology equipped spaces for practice and review of their own presentations.
Scheduling Guidelines
An individual student or groups of students (maximum of four) may reserve a presentation practice room by completing an online request form.
Reservations should be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the requested time.
The room may be scheduled in ½ hour increments for a maximum of two hours.
Once scheduled, a notice will be emailed to the requester confirming the reservation.
Use Guidelines
Individuals or groups not arriving within 15 minutes of the scheduled time forfeit their reserved time. In such instances Langsdale Library reserves the right to cancel the reservation and allow others to use the room.
There is no technical assistance on site. Please call the Office of Technology Services (410-837-6262) for technical assistance.
