It doesn't matter if what you want put on reserve is a physical book, a YouTube-like streaming video or a PDF copy of an article; our reserves staff can help. We can process articles, chapters, videos and presentations to offer 24/7 access to your course materials in Sakai. Or maybe you want them to read a book from our collection? We can make it available to your class. And, if it's not in our collection, we will happily work with you to find a solution.
Fill in the appropriate form for each item you wish placed on reserve, and provide the Circulation Department with a copy of your syllabus. If the Library does not own an item which you wish to have placed on reserve, please bring your personal copy to the Library's Circulation Desk and complete the form for processing. Copies of the form are also available from your departmental secretary.
While staff will process requests as rapidly as circumstances permit, the greater the lead time with which items are submitted the better. Particularly at the start of the semester and other peak demand times, it may take five business days or more to fully develop a course reserve page. Reserves for the requests.
Please see the Book and Document Delivery Policies for more information.
