6. For Problems with Remote Access to Electronic Databases, please tell us:

a. Are you using Researchport? If not, you must use Researchport and log-in with a USM library barcode.

b. If you don't have a Library barcode, you must get one from the Circulation dept. of any USM library. The phone number for Langsdale's Circulation Dept. is (410) 837-4260.

c. If you have a barcode, is it current? If not sure call our Circulation dept.

d. If you have a current barcode and still cannot login to Researcport, please use the message box and include your barcode with the message as well as any error messages you are getting from Researchport.
