Correspondence, minutes, administrative records, reports, publications, directories, photographs, and reference materials.

Historical Note:  
The Citizens Planning and Housing Association works toward improved city planning, land use, housing and living conditions for the Baltimore metropolitan area through research, education, law enforcement, and legislation.

Custodial History:  
The collection was donated to the University of Baltimore by Elayne G. Fedder & the CPHA Board of Directors in 1970. Additional records deposits have been made by CPHA through 2009.
