Historical Note:
The Citizens Planning and Housing Association works toward improved city planning, land use, housing and living conditions for the Baltimore metropolitan area through research, education, law enforcement, and legislation.
Custodial History:
The initial 70 cubic feet of records was donated to the University of Baltimore in two accession by Nancy Roberts, CPHA Executive Director (1976-1986) on November 24, 1980. Additional accessions of CPHA records have been made by the organization through 2009.
